Add 1 2 tablespoon olive oil to the pan then once hot remove the pork tenderloin from its marinade and let the excess drip off then place it in the pan.
Marinate in ziploc bag in fridge for up to 3 days.
Step 4 cook in the preheated oven until the pork is no longer pink in the center 45 to 60 minutes.
Drain and discard marinade.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes up to 24 hours.
Baking pan coated with cooking spray.

To keep it juicy cook just until it reaches 145 f as tenderloin is very lean and can easily overcook.
