The gloves have a good gauntlet to cover your sleeves they cinch tight without difficulty and they have a detachable runaway loop for your sleeve so they won t drop and blow away. The glove isn t coming off by mistake easily with this strap tightened. The marmot randonnee is a great single glove for a day out on the lifts.

These are rather pricey gloves but are the warmest ski gloves i think i have ever owned in 54 years of skiing and i love having the security of the wrist strap when needing to remove them while riding the lift. I purchased marmot s randonnee glove for cold weather backcountry skiing then discovered i liked the glove for inbounds use as well.

Marmot s falcon grip the fingers are made slightly curved is nice as they feel natural rather than artificially holding my hands more open.
